373

For this project, you need to prepare some supplies. They are:

  • Scissors
  • Flat nose pliers
  • Iron silver earring hooks
  • 2mm clear fishing thread nylon wire
  • 5x3mm sized seed beads
  • 3mm black glass seed beads
  • 2mm black glass seed beads

Step 1. Assemble part one

The first part of the earrings is the beads located in the middle of the earrings. To make this part, cut 0.2mm nylon wire to length and glide three yellow beads into the wire. Then, after the yellow beads, slide one black small bead.

Tie up the wire carefully and tighten it. After the joint is secure, glide three yellow beads into the nylon wire. Sew the end of the nylon wire throughout the black small bead and tighten the wire. The final result of the first part of the earrings can be seen from the picture.

Step 2. Assemble part two

Part two of the earrings is made by firstly thread the nylon wire throughout ahead of two yellow beads and then tightens the wire. Next, sew this wire throughout one yellow bead and then slide two black beads.

After the black beads are sliding into the wire, tie this wire and continue threading this wire throughout another yellow bead. Slide another two black beads and then string the wire. Repeat this step until all part one beads are surrounded by part two beads.

Step 3. Assemble part three

Slide one black bead into the wire. String this wire throughout the black bead. Glide another one black bead and then string the wire onto the two black beads below this bead. Keeps the step going until all parts of the earrings are filled with the same bead patterns.

Then, insert two yellow beads between two single black beads. Repeat this step until all spaces between single black beads are filled with the same yellow bead patterns. After two yellow beads patterns are set, insert one black bead over each two yellow bead. String the wire carefully and tighten it. Continue until all two yellow beads are attached by one black bead.

Step 4. Assemble part four

Slide one yellow bead and four black small beads into the wire. Afterward, string the wire back into the black small bead and secure the wire by tightening it up. On top of this bind, glide another black small bead and string the nylon wire throughout the right black small bead and tighten the wire. Check if the pattern is like the picture. Make some adjustments if needed.

Step 5. Continue sliding one black small bead into the wire and secure the thread. Continue until you get the pattern which can be seen from the picture.

Step 6. Attach the earring hooks

After the earrings are ready, insert each earring hook into each earring. Secure the joint using the pliers. Now, your sunflower earrings are ready to use.
